Walletnotify on windows

Question

How can I do walletnotify on windows.

I tried setting it up in params.dat like this

walletnotify = C:\notify\notify.bat

And nothing happens.

Can you teach me how to do this?

walletnotify= C:\notify\notify.bat  %m

NOTE: Didn't try since am a Linux user

Yes, walletnotify works fine on Windows. The problem is that you put in params.dat (blockchain parameters) instead of multichain.conf (node runtime parameters).
