iam not able explorer the multi-chain with my own host its getting error

iam trying to connect the multi-chain explorer host with my own ip address with port 2750 but not connecting with host its getting error

Please post the command you used to run the explorer and the output shown on the screen (you can snip it in the middle if there's a lot of output).

firewall?
Isp blocking or system blocking port?
Router has ports open and fowarding?

Depends on Operating sytem.

If your host is up and running and you have send and recieve allowed and you can authorize.? Then I would be looking at the local machine if pingable and if communication ports are open.
