proposal - add address search capability to RPC

Question

I know this does not exist today, but it would be really nice if multichain does similar thing what btcdrak did with bitcoinD - see details here https://github.com/btcdrak/bitcoin/releases/tag/v0.12.1-addrindex

and add new -addrindex option with new RPC command searchrawtransactions to provide address level RPC search functionality for non-wallet addresses
