Throughout these Exponent II Retreats, ladies and gender minorities anywhere on the Mormon spectrum meet together to share experiences. The first edition of Exponent II carried a banner headline studying "Am I Not a Girl and a Sister?" It supplied articles on the Equal Rights Modification, poetry, profiles of feminine Mormon civic leaders, students and entrepreneurs, and notices of examine groups and retreats, all written by Mormon girls.
