I have checked the getpeerinfo and getinfo and they give me info about nodes connected to
each other BUT only after I stop the node and then start it again.
Same happens with propagation of the newly assets to the node. They get visible on listassets command on the new node only after I stop and start a that new node.
Is there some setting missing or something else. I do not think nodes should be restarted for the propagation to take place.
