Changing parameters

I'd like to change minimum-relay-fee in param.dat in MC v2.0a. How should I do?

This is not yet one of the blockchain parameters that can be upgraded in MultiChain 2.0 alpha 2, but it should appear in a future alpha. In any event it's worth noting that this parameter is only a recommendation to nodes and not a consensus rule, so you can change the value on any specific node using the minrelaytxfee runtime parameter.
