timeline for "anyone can connect" changing in chain parameters

Any timeline when we can expect to be able to change the anyone can *, specifically anyone can connect, which we would like to change on a running chain.
While i am asking, any idea of timeline on peer to peer sharing of assets stored on node?

We expect this parameter to be changeable in time for MultiChain 2.0 hitting beta, which is itself scheduled for this summer.
Can you please explain in more detail what you mean by "peer to peer sharing of assets stored on node"?

You called it "off-chain stream items" - we have a number of clients interested in this, especially in government..:-)
