It totally depends on your scope of work in your project but I would love to tell you how powerful, fast, reliable and scalable Multichain is and in the latest version Multichain 2.0 which has unique feature like smart filters which work like smart contracts. So to setup EBS on blockchain you just have to create a cluster of nodes and install multichain on the server. After that you can use postman to check for API commands provided in multichain Docs. After that you simply have to run multichain daemon on the nodes and using any Server side language like php, python, nodejs, go e.t.c and have to make API calls on the node and build different kinds of Application as per your requirements. You also have power to change parameters, permissions in the your blockchain. things like mining fee and almost everything needed is provided in the documentation.
