hex-data getting compressed or shortened

I am storing data on stream using external key...

createrawsendfrom / signrawtransaction / sendrawtransaction...one of these commands is shortening the hex-data i provided which in turn is ruining my encrypted data because when i try to decrypt it the data is not getting displayed.

do you have any idea on how to retrieve iex-data exactly the same? or is there any other issue?

We've not heard of this before. Please post a full transcript (or a link to one) of the commands / API calls and responses showing this happening, so we can see exactly where the problem is occurring. This is also an opportunity to check the truncation is not occurring without your own code.
