Multisignature Concept

Hi,

Is there any possibility to make changes in multisignature which has already created..

for example i have created a 3-of-3 multisignature, can i modify it as 2-of-3 multisignature in future.

Each multisignature address is fixed for the rules it represents (2-of-3, 3-of-3, etc...) However you can simply create a new multisignature address and send the assets from the first to the second one.
