Hi Multichain.
Can I use first node as static IP address and the 2nd node as non-static IP address?
I dont need my 2nd node to be accessed. Can i do this?

Yes, so long as one node remains on a static IP address, the other node will be able to find it from its list of previous peers, and initiate the peer-to-peer connection.
