I'm afraid it's not currently possible to change the cryptography used within MultiChain, but we're certainly aware of the need for this in future versions.

But can't you go into the source code and change the algorithm somewhere?
Yes, you can certainly do that. But I'm afraid it's beyond the scope of our support here to you with source code changes. (If someone else wants to give assistance about it, that's fine.)
