Will multi chain have an option to save a data in local?

Question

Is multi chain is required internet connection ? Let consider an example, I have 2 peers, My application is running on each machine. If i try save a data in first machine unfortunately my network is disconnected (Facing a problem multi chain is not connected), In this case my data will save locally once if the network is connected data will needs to be push into an "multi chain"  node.

Data saved in node 1 will sync with rest of the chain when the network becomes active again...
