Headless Replication off main

Question

Is thier a way to get started with a head and have miners connected to the same pool?

Now you disconnect the main and the miners can continue working off the same main block chain pool?

I want to make sure the main pool never gets lost even iff anything go's wrong or going down.

As if it can be self sustainable and once a node comes back up it caches back up on the balance from another... thus when others come back online, it becomes as if nothing happened, or all becomes one again syncing up?

is this possible?

what would be the setup and parm configuration for each please?

I don't seem to find a real solid answer to this. I reviewed allot and seem to have run across something but one link was blown away with the 2nd part of my answer.

So if you could please help me understand how to pull off such a thing?  I would be very happy :-)

Yes, this is how blockchains are designed to work – once you have permissioned multiple admins and/or miners, there is no such things as the "master" node. Just grant admin and mine permissions to addresses belonging to multiple nodes, and take note of the admin-consensus-* and mining-diversity blockchain parameters, and you're all set.
