Storing media file in Blockchain

MultiChain is a platform for deploying your own blockchain network, so the cost depends on the servers you are using. MultiChain streams are designed for this kind of purpose and support up to 64 MB of data per transaction. So a large media file would need to be split up into multiple transactions (each a publish command).
