What exactly does this error mean? This occurs when I try to post data about 1.5MB onto a stream, but doesn't occur with <1MB.

The error message could be clearer but the problem is likely that the data is larger than the maximum set in the blockchain parameters. Please post the output of getblockchainparams are we'll take a look.
