While I run Web demo I get this error in red. What is the reason for that?

The most likely reason is that MultiChain is not up and running on the same server as the web server, or else you have not configured the config.txt file correctly. Please go through the documentation: https://github.com/MultiChain/multichain-web-demo/blob/master/README.md
