Yes, there are no additional requirements for production. But you should of course benchmark MultiChain's performance for your particular hardware, network and mining topology, and transaction throughput.
Bear in mind also that we're still optimizing performance – our latest internal build is around 25% faster in terms of transaction throughput than the alpha 28 release, and we still have further to go.
