currently I am storing 700 gb of data in oracle server. Can it possible to store same amount of data in block chain because oracle is more costly. Can I store the same amount of data in blockchain with cheaper price. and what would be price of block chain for storing this amount of data.

Yes, you can store this quantity of data in a blockchain. If you use MultiChain, which is free and open source, there is no cost beyond the servers on which the data is stored.
