Usage of Public and Private Keys in Transactions

Question

On one node , i have two addresses :

chain2: getaddresses

    "1LKUcxuuBDqazzVnxv91sHTgUqCHXZmxmSLt2A" --> this is the original address
]

While checking the balance , i get this

Now i am transferring fund from original address to new address for asset 1 as below:

Can i start using public,private keys as signing elements in these transactions, how should that be done. Please suggest samples.
