hy, can u give an explanation about how new blocks are added to multichain? I have read that admin can choose the miners. if so then cant he add anything to the block?

A block is created by a miner, and then distributed to the whole network. Any node with basic send permissions can create transactions to go into that block. And admins control who gets to be a miner.
