I am getting socket error

Question

my block chain host is http://185.95.13.186 
my blockchain url -  http://185.95.13.186:2750/MX%20Diamonds/ is not working.
I am getting this error [Errno socket error] [Errno 111] Connection refused

Is this the web page for the Python MultiChain Explorer? If so you need to try starting that up again, by following the documentation here: https://github.com/MultiChain/multichain-explorer

i have setup again with this link https://github.com/MultiChain/multichain-explorer but i am unable to connect to blockchain.my blockchain host is 185.95.13.186
