It appears the install template has resurface on the azure site (the page was 404 for a while).  Now that it is back I have been going through the install but having permission issues on the mv from ~tmp step.  I can't switch to su which - likely an Azure specific configuration thing?  that said if there is someone out there that can help me over that hump it would be greatly appreciated.
