how to update filters code which is already created and s there any way to delete the filter?

You cannot delete a filter but you can create a new one with improved code, and then approve the new one and removal approval from the old one, so that is effectively replacing it.

Yes but that way we cannot create filter with same name right? I was asking this if we can create new filter with the same name as existing one? But we remove existing one's approval.
That's right, you cannot create another filter with the same name.
