I am a beginner. Currently I have started to learn Multichain's transaction filter. But when i read the documentation i am not able to understand that how do i start creating transaction filters? Where it should be located? How it is processed by every node?
It would be really great if someone can explain me its each step for How to create transaction filters? Where to create? How to process or run that transaction filters?
Please help me with this asap.
