deterministic goal of smart filter execution

Hello,

i've 4 nodes configured in this way:

n. 1 (A) fullstack (all roles);

n. 3 (B,C,D) just send and receive rights.

It's active on the chain a smart filter for which no tx < 5 units of asset1 doesn't pass. So if wallet of node B sends a tx with 4 units of asset1 to a wallet of node D, how many nodes of the chain participate on the validation of tx?

Every node validates every transaction, including checking smart filters (to be precise, transaction filters – stream filters are applied only by nodes that read or write to a stream).
