MultiNodeJS: Multichain 2.0 Wrapper for Nodejs

Question

Due to lack of maintenance I decided to update the Node.js wrapper with the new API commands. I also wasn't a fan of the previous test suite, but I'm still building one, so be aware of that (even though I think everything should work fine).
