I have a question, did some testing and when you have a stream with offchain data, this data only comes to your computer when you subscribe to the stream, would you have some way to delete those files when I unsubscribe from the stream? and also if you have the possibility, when I subscribe again I would return these files?

Yes, there's a parameter for the unsubscribe command that lets you purge all the downloaded data. And when you resubscribe to the stream, the data is downloaded again, so long as another node still has it.
