Disable autosubscribe on running chain

Hi.

It seems not possible to disable runtimeparameter autosubscribe on a running chain using "setruntimeparam".

If so, why is that?

The only option is to restart the node and provide a flag.

Wouldn't this be possible: {"method": "setruntimeparam", "params": ["autosubscribe", ""]}
