stream acces right configuration

by default when i create a stream in multichain all the connected node can see the stream and the items published, is it possible to specify the users how can see and read streams , for example only permitted users can see the content of the streams the other will not read the items of stream

This is not currently possible but it will be a feature in the first Enterprise version of MultiChain. FYI it will require the items to be published off-chain.

what do you mean by off-chain, and entreprise version will be payable

Yes, the enterprise version will not be free. Off-chain is just a type of stream item, where the data itself is not in the chain but a hash of the data is. Off-chain items are already supported in MultiChain 2.0, just not with read permissions.
