how the walet can not be modified and owned by unauthorized persons

hi, the wallet specifies a person in the blockchain,, but how we can be sure that the wallet can not be modified or used by an other node in the multichain, is there any mecanism to ensure that the wallet can be owned by an other person. thanks

Each wallet has its own private keys and is stored on the user's computer, which other users do not have access to.
