the word "confirmed"

hi, what does the word "confirmed" mean , i say this word and in a right a number , so i dont understand what it does mean

The word confirmed means it's almost impossible to reverse the transaction which is in the blockchain. The number of blocks added after the block in which your tx is determines the difficulty in reversing/altering a transactions. So as time goes on, the number of confirmations for anything that happened in the past increases.
