can you please give me the list of algorithms and hashing functions/methods , if any , used by multichain/blockchain ?

All the same stuff as bitcoin - see: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_bitcoin_works#Cryptography

Although generally MultiChain is used without proof-of-work, which in turn was based on HashCash.
