stream confidentiality issue

How can the pubkey and private key that generated from openssl can be used on multichain as an address ?
for example, as address that could send or receive assets, etc.

There isn't currently an easy way to use the same public/private key pair for a MultiChain address and for encrypting/decrypting information. This is an area of future development – in the meantime the best approach is for a MultiChain address owner to publish (and therefore sign) their other public key (for encryption) in a stream, so any other node can retrieve it.
