Start multichain server on different Ipaddress.

Hi,

I have installed the multichain server on my laptop for evaluation purpose.

I have noticed that my multichain server starts only in my Office network or when I am connected to VPN.

On other network like at customer environment it just hangs on startup with following line

MultiChain 1.0.4 Daemon (latest protocol 10010)

multichain.conf has following settings

rpcport=7500
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcallowip=0.0.0.0/0

Can you help me with this, we have a demo at client location. Is there a way I can start the server on any network or IPaddress. It is single node setup.

Are you running on Windows? If so it is possible that Windows is showing some dialog box prompting you whether or not to allow MultiChain to listen on specific ports, and you need to respond to that dialog box before MultiChain can proceed.
