How to send data from SAP to Multichain & vice versa?

How to send a stream content from Multichain to SAP PO & from SAP PO to multichain's stream.

One way we understand keeping a JAVA Layer in between Multichain & SAP. Then using JSON/RPC API call we can connect.

Is it the right way to connect or is there any other way to connect?

Yes, you would need to perform this integration at the application level. See the walletnotify and walletnotifynew parameters for obtaining notifications of events on the chain.
