could not connect to the seed node,@[192.168.5.117:7437] plz check multichain is running at that address and check the firewall setting allow incoming connections

As suggested in the error message, do you know that there is a copy of MultiChain running at that IP address, and that the firewall of that server is not blocking incoming connections on port 7437?
